On November 29th, we participated in the final conference of the project "Establishment of a Regional Centre of Competency in the sector of tourism and hospitality - FitSplit" held at the Amphora Hotel in Split.

The final conference showcased the results of the "FitSplit" project, aimed at strengthening the capacities and expertise of human resources in the tourism and hospitality sector by establishing various programs and creating a better learning environment for future workers within the Regional Center of Competence. As part of the project's final conference, a panel discussion was held on the topic "Future and Sustainability of Regional Centers of Competence".

During the conference, we have presented the VR solution we have created with our partners, the Tourism and Hospitality School Split and Gauss development. By creating a virtual educational environment that perfectly complements a developed e-learning platform, we have provided an engaging and novel way of acquiring practical hospitality skills.
